Can you tell us a little bit about this picture? Is that someone's house and their shower room?
I don't need any help w/ weight lifting... I use the machines at the gym... they are easy. I discovered the pool area today... I bought myself a proper swim suit the other day ...the only bad thing is that they put way way way too much chlorine in the pool... ouch my eyes!!! I was thinking that maybe my socks are too thin and slip in my shoe so maybe I am trying to hold on to my shoe...??? I have some proper running socks...I don't seem to remember having a problem when I wore those...so I am going to give them a try next time. I also think I need to be more fluid and relaxed when I run... so I am going to try that too. I don't have any friends who run so I can't get the advice I am looking for... so I just have to figure it out myself I guess...lol :o)

Well said Moggie, we should all think more about our environment!
I've turned the washer down to 30, and we recycle as much as we can. We just need a way to get the plastic recycled and we're done.
Hmmm......I might get a wormery and do my own compost!!!!

we have compost wiskey... it is really easy to do... we bought worms three years ago and they went mental... our garden loves us for it.
Well said and your photos must help make people think about the beautiful world we live in and hopefully inspire them to do their part in protecting our enviroment.
